We offer local delivery and pickup for all orders. Since we handle deliveries ourselves, please note the following:

Local Delivery: We deliver to addresses within the Regina region.

Pickup: You can choose to pick up your order from our location at specified address. We will contact you to arrange a suitable pickup time.
2. Delivery Time
We aim to deliver orders within 1-3 business days from the time the order is processed. However, please be aware that unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or high order volume, may cause delays.
If your order is significantly delayed beyond the expected delivery time, please contact us at beamofdelightfoods@gmail.com to inquire about the status of your order.
3. Delivery Charges
Delivery charges depend on the location and size of the order. The delivery fee will be calculated at checkout. Local pickup is free of charge.
4. Shipping for Damaged Items
If your item arrives severely damaged, please refer to our Refund Policy for the conditions under which you may be eligible for a refund.
5. Order Tracking
At this time, we do not provide tracking numbers for local deliveries, as we handle all deliveries ourselves. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, and we will notify you of the expected delivery time.
