2. Product Not Delivered

3. Damaged Products

If your product arrives severely damaged, we will consider a refund under the following conditions:

  • Immediate Reporting: You must report any damage immediately (within minutes) after receiving the product. This is to ensure that we can verify the condition of the product upon delivery.

  • Evidence Requirement: You must provide concrete evidence of the damage, such as photos or video showing the condition of the product at the time of delivery.

Important Notes:

  • No Refunds for Minor Damages: We do not accept refunds for minor imperfections or damages that occur after the product is received. We recommend inspecting your product immediately upon arrival.

  • Failure to Report on Time: If the damage or issue is not reported within minutes of delivery, we will not process any refund, regardless of the situation.

  • No Refunds for Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds for products purchased due to a change of mind or incorrect orders made by the customer.
